The elected commissioners of HCESD 11 approached 62 Digital during a pivotal transition phase. They were moving from a contracted model, where an external contractor handled 911 calls, to an in-house system managed by the district itself. This substantial shift required meticulous communication with the public to ensure they were well-informed about the changes. The new ambulances would feature different colors, names, and logos, leading to considerable public scrutiny and criticism. Transparency and effective communication during this transition were crucial to maintaining public trust and support.

Strategic Public Relations Campaign

We pioneered an innovative approach by live streaming board meetings, a first for any Emergency Services District in Texas. This initiative allowed community members to view meetings online if they were unable to attend in person, with recorded sessions made available on the website for future viewing. This strategy significantly enhanced transparency and public engagement.

Brand Development

Collaborating closely with HCESD 11’s executive leadership team, we created a cohesive brand identity for their in-house service, Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare. Our branding services included developing a unified visual identity with carefully selected colors, fonts, and logos that resonated with the community and reflected the district’s commitment to excellence in emergency medical services.
